    I hope that we could have an inservice on some very basic skills for volunteers. In the meantime, is there a simple outline of suggestions anyone has? I’m afraid I put clients through unnecessary work when I am figuring out how to communicate. They are very patient!


    Hi Susan, I will go over this with Brenda. There maybe a language doc that we can create and upload with just the basics per language. You may also type what you would like to say/ask them in google and it should translate for them to read or you can try to pronounce it. I hope this helps
