I’ve been volunteering for a short time but the biggest issue by far, that I’ve encountered, is our customers not knowing/remembering their passwords to email or other internet sites they have logins for. This is happening quite often at the library when a customer wants to print an attachment from their Gmail account. At what point do you ask them to re-set their password? Any other hints on how to handle this as it gets quite frustrating for them?
